This months topic will be the ABCs of Certifications.
You’ve heard of CISSP, CISM and CEH. What about CIPP? Have you been confused by all the Cybersecurity certifications out there? Are your friends all getting some obscure certification that you never heard of? What does a certification mean anyway? Which one should you get? The answer is: “it depends”. This unbiased discussion will explore the “what” and “why” of cybersecurity certifications. It will unpack the acronyms to help you pick which specific certifications best fit your career goals, and what managers should look for when hiring.
The Goal and ImagineX are once again hosting the Triangle Cyber Security meetup on December 13th at the Loading Doc.
