Presentation Guidelines
Presentation must be 60 mins in length. The first 50 minutes must be vendor/product agnostic (i.e. - speaking on a generic technology, process or approach to InfoSec topics). The last 10 minutes are to be used for introducing your company's products and services.
The topic must be approved by the Vice President 30 days prior to the scheduled meeting.
The speaker bio must be presented to the Vice President at least 30 business days in advance of the meeting in order to be placed on the website and chapter calendar.
The presentation in its entirety must be sent to the Vice President 5 business days prior to the scheduled meeting for approval.
The vendor is encouraged to provide a "door prize" for attending members. The door prize encourages attendance and is given out at the end of each meeting encouraging members to remain throughout the program. It is suggested that a door prize value of $100 is appropriate.
